The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
    You'll be bragging about our superb attention to detail and each of your requests. If you are not completely happy with our cleaning, give us a call to return and make your space sparkle (within 24 hours).
  • Do you offer additional services?
    Yes! Check out our services page or contact us to discuss your needs and we'll be happy to get your space squeeky clean!
  • How do you calculate your estimates?
    We're ready to work with you in the pandemic climate. We can provide you with an estimate over the phone or via a video call and if necessary, schedule a time for an in-person visit to provide you with an estimate.
  • Do I need to provide any equipment?
    Our Two French Maids will arrive with all the necessary supplies, we may need to use a power outlet. If you prefer that we use your cleaning products, please let us know prior to your appointment.
  • How does payment work?
    Payments aren't due until the end of your appointment. Pre-pay at time of booking or pay by cash to receive a 10% discount (first-time customers). We also accept payments via PayPal or interac email money transfer to info@twofrenchmaids.com.
  • Do I need to be present during my appointment?
    We can accomodate your preference, leave the dirty work to us if you don't wish to be present. We can arrange to have you let us in, leave a key for us or give us access to your unit only if you're comfortable. We'll be sure to lock up and treat your space as if it were ours.
  • What if something gets damaged?
    We're honest and would be very upset if we broke anything, we'll be sure to let you know right away and make every effort to arrange a repair or replacement should the fault lie with us.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. Should you need to reschedule or cancel,  give us a call up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. We're a local small business and rely on the support of our loyal customers. Should you require a cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment, a 50% penalty will be billed.
